🔄 Hunniesblvd Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of lash extension products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hunniesblvd.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

Order Errors
If you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • You change your mind after purchase.

  • Your package is lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
